They do their best to ensure that all appointments are properly scheduled and handled to your satisfaction. They also handle all of the financial aspects, including dealing with insurance and billing. Beyond just administrative skills, they are well acquainted and very familiar with dental terminology and procedures, so they are able to effectively record and report information.
